Royal Dornoch - PAR 4 - 341-379-406-431
A tribute to famous Scottish designer turned American architectural legend, Donald Ross and his home course Royal Dornoch in far Northern Scotland. Dornoch is one of the top half dozen courses in the world and would have surely hosted several Open Championships if not for its remote and often wind-buffered location.
This fourth hole is characterized by its elevated green location, a design technique Ross brought to American masterpiece Pinehurst No. 2. Two huge sod walled greenside bunkers are to be avoided at all cost along with thick native grass on the left side.
