Royal Troon - PAR 3 - 82-101-116-127

Known simply as the Postage Stamp, this 5th hole is a tribute to the par three 8th at Royal Troon Golf Club. It's the shortest hole in major championship golf, measuring 127 yards from the back tees, but has claimed untold victims over the years with its tiny green and hilly terrain offering several places to lose your tee shot.

Gene Sarazen once aced this hole during the 1975 Open Championship and Dallas' Justin Leonard won the most recent Open Championship held there in 1997. This silver of a hole, which starts with an elevated tee to a clustered green, has dished-out more sorrow than success over centuries.
